Enterprises of prefabricated products in the region participate voluntarily, and build a batch of prefabricated rural houses with excellent performance, beautiful style, color coordination, perfect functions and obvious construction period advantages every year.

2022 is the start year of the pilot work, focusing on pilot projects in the counties where the manufacturers of prefabricated products for rural areas are located, and farmers will independently build more than 500 prefabricated rural houses with good demonstration effects. By the end of 2025, with steady progress and long-term efforts, the willingness of farmers to independently choose new housing construction methods has been significantly enhanced, and the quality of newly built rural housing has been effectively improved. The cities will give priority to selecting counties with suitable transportation distances, strong farmers' willingness, and positive work attitudes of county-level governments to participate in the pilot program. The pilot counties should take the initiative to connect with participating enterprises, and actively promote the prefabricated housing construction products with excellent performance, beautiful style and reasonable price to the masses.

After the demonstration farmers have completed the building procedures and the enterprises have completed the production of products, the construction will be started as soon as possible.
In order to ensure the implementation of the pilot work and achieve the pilot effect, the plan requires each pilot county to formulate a specific implementation plan, clarify the list of participating enterprises, the number of demonstration farmers, the completion time limit and support policies, etc., and strengthen the supervision and management of the whole process of implementation of the implementation plan. During the pilot construction period, the county-level housing construction department will conduct quality and safety inspections of construction projects, provide professional technical services for enterprises and farmers, and ensure that the construction of pilot farm houses achieves the expected results. After the construction is completed according to the promised construction period, the inspection and acceptance will be organized by the farmers.
