In this regard, Feng Meng, deputy director of the Raw Materials Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said at the meeting that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will promote the introduction of the "Three Products" Implementation Plan for the Raw Materials Industry. The plan includes 9 key tasks in three aspects: increasing varieties, improving quality, and creating brands, and 3 key projects of improving raw material varieties, improving raw material quality, and building raw material brands. The plan proposes that by 2025, products and services such as superalloys, high-performance special alloys, semiconductor materials and other products and services will significantly enhance the support capabilities of key areas; standards, measurement, certification, inspection and testing will achieve higher levels of coordinated development and quality classification Improve the traceability and traceability system, build a standard system for the whole life cycle of key basic materials; cultivate a group of Chinese brands with excellent quality and obvious competitive advantages, and the products enter the global mid-to-high-end supply chain.
Feng Meng pointed out that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will promote the implementation of the plan and tasks from four aspects. One is to strengthen publicity and promotion. Select a group of leading enterprises with good implementation effects of the "three products" work, champion enterprises in individual items, "little giant" enterprises with specialization and specialization, and quality benchmarking enterprises, promote typical cases, and enhance the reputation of enterprises. The second is to promote the systematic construction of material standards. Formulate the "14th Five-Year Plan" raw material industry standard system, establish and improve the standard system covering the whole life cycle of products, the whole industry chain and consumers' attention. Carry out the evaluation of key industry standards, clean up and integrate duplicate, inefficient and invalid standards, and strengthen the formulation and revision of quality and quality standards. The third is to support the development and application of new materials and new products. Establish and improve bulk, green, and high-end material systems, promote the introduction of the Action Plan for Accelerating the Innovation and Development of Bio-based Materials, and enrich bio-based material systems such as carbon-containing chemicals, polymers, and products based on non-food biomass.
