The No. 2 dock project is the main project of the second phase of the CSSC Changxing Shipbuilding Base, which was undertaken by the CCCC Third Navigation Bureau. The project, which started on September 30, 2021, is also a key project in Shanghai. The pouring of the foundation pit floor at the dock mouth is a key node in the construction of the Changxing No. 2 Dock Project, and the complex construction environment of the ultra-deep foundation pit has brought great challenges to the pouring of the foundation pit floor.
To this end, the project department optimized the construction plan and construction configuration, adopted the overall layered and block pouring process for the bottom plate, and rationally divided the pouring area. It has completed 16 concrete pours, with a cumulative volume of about 15,000 square meters, which effectively guarantees the dock opening. Safety and quality work on site.
