For example, if the cumulative score in the first three quarters is 100-95, then the final target score is 124 points! To win the All-Star Game, the team that scored 100 points in the first three quarters needs 24 points in the fourth quarter; the team that scored 95 points in the first three quarters needs 29 points. Because there is no time limit, the game will end with a goal.
