The police identified the suspect as a 70-year-old resident of the community, Ma Moulun, through monitoring. After investigation, it was found that at about 6:30 in the afternoon, Ma Moulun came out of the 16th floor and took the elevator with beef pellets and ham slices containing toxic substances, and put the above-mentioned toxic substances around the elevator.
