Oscar pushes major reforms, nominations for best film must represent minorities, etc.

"Parasite" swept the Oscars last year

2, creative leadership and project team (satisfy the following At least one of the requirements can be counted as meeting this item)

3, industry Access and opportunities (meeting all of the following requirements can be counted as satisfying this item)

In terms of paid apprenticeship and internship opportunities, the film’s distribution or capital injection company has paid apprentices from the following under-represented groups or Interns, and meet the following requirements:

women, underrepresented races, LGBTQ+ groups, people with perception or physical impairment or deafness, or hearing impaired

large mainstream film companies/distribution companies have established entities in most of the following departments Sexual, ongoing paid apprenticeship and internship positions, including underrepresented groups (must include underrepresented races): production/development, actual production, post-production, music, visual effects, procurement, business, Distribution, marketing and publicity.

Small mainstream film companies/distribution companies or independent film companies/distribution companies have at least two of the following departments that have substantial and ongoing paid apprentices and internships (at least one includes under-represented races): Production/development, actual production, post-production, music, visual effects, procurement, business, distribution, marketing and publicity.

·In terms of training opportunities and technical development (crew members), film production, distribution and/or capital injection companies provide training and/or job opportunities in offline career development for the following underrepresented groups:

women, Underrepresented races, LGBTQ+ groups, people with perception or physical impairment or deafness, or hearing impaired

4, audience expansion (must meet the following criteria)

·In terms of marketing, promotion and distribution, studios and/or film companies Several of their own marketing, publicity and/or distribution executives are from the following underrepresented groups (must include individuals from underrepresented races):

This measure will be implemented from the Oscars in 2022 and 2023, and will take effect in 2024.
