People cannot be isolated, they must be related to many other people, and they cannot be naive and retreat as they want. Because the environment in which we live is not completely controlled by ourselves, we must know ourselves before we advance or retreat, so that we can advance or retreat at the right time.

Knowing yourself means to understand your own shortcomings and strengths. If you want to fight for a certain position, you should increase or decrease something, so that I can advance and retreat. If you don't want to adjust yourself, grow yourself, and modify yourself, it's difficult to control advances and retreats.

People who know nothing about themselves can only be at the mercy of others; people put you there, you are there, you are just a pawn.

Secondly, know people, know those people? People who are related to you, criss-crossing people.

Knowing people first knows what your superior's philosophy and personality are, and you want to go in that direction. Otherwise, you will not be able to accept him, cooperate with him, and adapt to him. Second, you must understand what your colleagues’ talents and personalities are, what are their strengths and weaknesses, what they can help you with, and what they are unwilling to cooperate with you. Knowing all of these, then try to learn from their strengths, avoid the parts that they may make trouble, and reduce your loss. But you have to interact with them, but also adapt to them and assist them so that they can benefit from you and grow because of you.

Confucius said: "You are straight, you forgive, and you hear more." Colleagues, classmates, and subordinates are all friends. We must enable ourselves to advance, and there is also a way out. Friends are very important. You should fully understand your friends' strengths and weaknesses and help them grow. If a person can help more people, he will often be promoted and supported by more people.

If you can take care of, assist, and considerate colleagues, you will become their forgiving and helpful friends. If you have a good job, you will definitely be recommended. They feel that there is nothing wrong with following you. If you are their leader, they will also feel that they will follow you and will not step you down.

Of course, there are also some people who specialize in exploiting loopholes, stepping on other people's shoulders to climb up, show merit to superiors, oppress subordinates, and bully colleagues. This is a bad friend. We should respect the villain and keep our distance from such people. If you can't even protect yourself, and don't want to be squeezed out by collective corruption and conspiracy, then leave and find another habitat!

Maybe after you retired from the position of general manager, you can't be a manager and you have to be a salesperson. In fact, what does it matter? When a salesperson is a salesperson, as long as there is a bowl of rice to eat, there is no need to bend for five buckets of rice. When

retreat, don’t get scorched or disgraced, but retreat with your whole body. You are willing, and others rejoice. The gentleman breaks off diplomatic relations and doesn’t speak evil. When

entered, it was based on strength and hard work, but there are also factors of luck. Maybe someone else is inferior to you, but it is him who has gained the benefit of upgrading. It is because you have bad luck and not enough good fortune; you don't need to be disappointed, you still do what you should do as usual. It doesn't matter if you are given the next opportunity. At least if you have food and work competently and happily now, then you will live a happy life.

The broad interpretation of the so-called "advance" does not necessarily mean promotion or promotion. As long as you are very dedicated to your work and contribute more and more to the society and your job, even if you are "advancing"; In. If you understand this concept, you will be a happy person every day.
