publishes job advertisements online and fools the victim to sign up, but not to help you find a job, but to cheat the money in your pocket. A reporter from the Beijing Youth Daily learned on June 11 that Beijing Haidian police successfully eliminated a criminal gang that used to recruit workers to commit fraud.

At 10 o'clock in the morning on May 17, 2020, the victim, Xiao Liu, came to the Shangdi police station of Haidian Public Security Sub-bureau very angrily: "Comrade police, I want to call the police. This company is a fraud!" Seeing this, the police quickly appeased Xiaoli. Liu's emotions, and asked in detail what happened. After communicating with Xiao Liu, the police learned the general situation.

It turned out that in early May of this year, Xiao Liu saw the recruitment information of a company on the Internet and said that it could provide some jobs. Xiao Liu, who was looking for a job, came to the company to register after seeing the news. The staff of the company said that they can arrange work within one week after registration, but they need to pay a total of 300 yuan for cost, clothing and other expenses, and promise that if the work is not successfully arranged, the money will eventually be refunded, and they are eager to find a job Xiao Liu paid 300 yuan as required.

However, a week later, Xiao Liu did not receive a job notice, and the replies to the consulting company are all arrangements are in progress. After searching several times in a row, the company evaded it for various reasons. Realizing that Xiao Liu was deceived, he quickly called the police. After

received the alarm, the police interviewed the legal person of the company, and through negotiation the company returned Xiao Liu's deposit. I thought the matter was over in this way, but in the following days, seven or eight people came to report the case in a row, and the situation was the same as that of Xiao Liu. This may arouse the suspicion of the police, so the company continues to investigate. After multiple days of investigation, the police concluded that the company was a group of frauds that collected deposits on the grounds of finding a job. On June 2, the police launched an arrest operation against the gang and arrested 7 criminal suspects including Sun Molong, Zhang Mochao and Wang Moupeng in one fell swoop.

After review, the suspects Sun Moulong, Zhang Mouchao and Wang Moupeng confessed to their illegal activities. The suspect confessed that his company was unable to arrange jobs for others, and was purely to defraud the victim's money, and planned to leave after a month or two.

At present, the suspects Sun Moulong, Zhang Mouchao, Wang Moupeng and others have been detained by Haidian police in accordance with the law on suspicion of fraud. The case is under further trial.

Currently companies are resuming work and production, which is also the peak period for applying for new positions. Haidian Police hereby reminds the general public that they should not rush for success when applying for jobs. They must increase the fees when they charge deposits, deposits, training fees, etc. Be vigilant and check the relevant qualifications of the recruiting company when necessary. If you are cheated, please call the police as soon as possible. By
