A fire broke out at a residential house on Nangang Road, Nantou City, Nantou County, at 9 am on the 15th. After receiving the report, the Nantou Fire Brigade immediately sent personnel to the scene to fight the blaze and notify Yi Xiao and Three teams from ZTE, Bixing, and Fengming were supported; after arriving at the scene, it was found that a bungalow on the first floor was burning. The owner was seriously injured. He was injured by heavy smoke and burns 48% of the area. After being dragged out of the house by his son-in-law, he was rescued The personnel were initially burned at the scene and rushed to Nantou Hospital for rescue. Their lives are currently in danger.

The Disaster Relief and Rescue Command Section of the Fire Department of Nantou County Government received a report at about 9:39 on the 15th, saying that a residential fire occurred at No. 23, Lane 107, Nangang 1st Road, Nantou City. The Nantou Fire Fighting Team was dispatched immediately by the team leader. Six people in vehicles went to the rescue, the group called for Yixiao and the ZTE, Bixing, Fengming and other units to go to support, and notified Taipower to be there to help cut off the power.

Firefighters arrived at the scene and found that the scene was three single-story brick buildings. One of them was completely burnt, and the other two were filled with smoke. After full rescue, the fire was put out after about half an hour. The smoke exhauster was used to suppress the heavy smoke, and the overfire treatment was completed at about 10:56 in the morning. The burning area was about 25 square meters and the financial loss was about 250,000. The detailed cause of the fire needs to be further investigated and clarified.
