This is the first credit repair case completed in our province since the province’s courts tried to implement the credit commitment and credit repair mechanism for untrustworthy persons subject to enforcement on April 13.
It is understood that on September 2, 2019, Xiong and the applicant reached a civil mediation and agreed to pay 150,000 yuan before October 30, 2019. After the court's decision came into effect, Xiong failed to pay as agreed. In desperation, Fang applied to the court for enforcement. The enforcement judge seized Xiong's property in accordance with the law and included Xiong on the "black list" of untrustworthy persons subject to enforcement on March 12 this year, and took measures such as restricting high consumption.

After learning that the Provincial Higher People’s Court had issued a credit restoration incentive mechanism, Xiong voluntarily contacted the Nanchang High-tech District Court’s enforcement judge and proactively repaid 100,000 yuan in advance and promised to repay the balance within three to five days, requesting to restore credit And lift consumption restrictions.
