1. The basic requirements for candidates

2. Recruitment scope

4. Recruitment procedure

(two) qualification review. The China Youth Daily conducts qualification review of applicants. Only when the ratio of those who pass the qualification review to the number of recruits for the same position reaches 5:1, the test can be opened. If this ratio is not reached, the position shall be reduced as appropriate before the written test. (4) Interview and professional test. According to the order of written test scores from high to low, the interviewers for each position are determined at a ratio of 5:1.
