The reporter learned today that at present, Shanghai Mobile has fully started the resumption mode, and is rapidly advancing the construction of new infrastructure such as 5G and data centers. During the epidemic, Shanghai Mobile prioritized the development of 5G hospitals, completed 5G network coverage openings for hospitals such as Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center, and provided 5G remote consultations, 5G smart epidemic prevention robots and other applications. It took the lead in completing the construction and opening of 7 5G macro stations around the Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center. It took only 5 days to triple the network capacity of the region through on-site 4G/5G joint optimization and expansion.

Currently, 4 hospitals including Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center and Fourth Hospital Hongkou Branch have opened 5G signals, improved network coverage, and built a strong communication backing for the medical system.
