American woman uses food to relieve grief after being overweight

According to the British "Metropolis" report on February 19, Renatta Keith, 37, is from Alabama, USA. In 2009, her mother died. A few years later, her father was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and died soon after. One year after her father died, her brother died of alcohol asphyxiation. Renatta, who had lost her family, felt very sad. She used overeating to relieve her bad mood, resulting in her weight reaching 20.7 stone (about 131 kg).

When Renatta had to use an extended seat belt because of her obesity on a flight to Los Angeles, she realized that she had to lose weight. At the same time, Renatta injured his spine due to excessive obesity, which can only be repaired by surgery. After Renatta decided to lose weight, she used a software to record the food she ate. She first stopped drinking carbonated drinks and reduced her carbohydrate intake. Renatta also has a personal trainer who works out with him three times a week.

During the process of losing weight, Renatta found a way other than eating to relieve her bad emotions. This way changed her life. In the past two years, she has lost 10 stone (about 64 kg). She herself feels great. Renatta said: "I am no longer bothered by the sadness and heartache of losing my family. Now I can guide others out of the pain and provide some advice."
