In the summer of 2010, the suspect Shao was registered for investigation by the Anti-drug Detachment of Qiqihar Public Security Bureau for drug trafficking. Since the suspect Shao has not been arrested for a long time, the Anti-drug Detachment listed him as a target for online pursuit. Due to the suspect's fraudulent use of someone else's identity, no fixed place, long case duration, few clues, etc., many difficulties were set up for arrest, and Shao has never been arrested.
Since the launch of "Operation Cloud Sword", Shao has been listed as a key fugitive to supervise the case. The Qiqihar City Public Security Bureau requested the anti-drug detachment and Tiefeng Branch to conduct joint investigations and arrest and escape within a specified time. The Anti-drug Detachment and Tiefeng Branch immediately formed a task force to re-organize the clues of the case, track the suspect's movement, and search for clues. The investigators gave up the Spring Festival holiday and took advantage of the opportunity of in-depth investigations in residential areas during the epidemic prevention and control period. After a large number of visits and investigations, the investigators locked Shao to hide in his relatives' homes in the Guangrong District of Tiefeng District, Qiqihar City. On January 30, the investigators of the task force successfully captured the drug-related fugitive Shao who had absconded for 10 years at the residence of Shao's relatives.
After interrogation, the suspect Shao confessed to the crime of drug trafficking in 2010. At present, the case is still under further investigation.
