Pudong Art Museum and Tate Museum once again jointly launch the large-scale exhibition "Dialogues with Turner: evoking the sublime", aiming to deeply explore Joseph Mallord, one of the most important painters of the 19th century. ·The art world of joseph mallord william turner.

This exhibition is the largest of its kind organized by Tate worldwide, and it opens grandly at the Pudong Museum of Art as its first stop in Asia. "Conversation with Turner: Echoes of the Sublime" brings together more than a hundred works, about 80 of which are Turner's original oil paintings and watercolors, comprehensively demonstrating the artistic development and creative style changes in each important period of his artistic career. A large number of works are exhibited in China for the first time, providing the audience with a rare opportunity to experience the extraordinary artistic charm of this "genius painter" up close. The museum has also specially created an immersive space to present the Turner documentary customized by the Tate Museum for the Pudong Museum of Art, inviting the audience to embark on the journey described by Turner.
