New Oriental Cultural Tourism was established in July 2023 with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. The company was previously served by Yu Minhong as the legal representative and chairman. The company's business scope includes tourism business, tourism development project planning consulting, and organizing cultural and artistic exchange activities.

In December 2023, Yu Minhong issued a document announcing that Dong Yuhui would concurrently serve as vice president of New Oriental Culture and Tourism Group.

Beijing New Oriental Wokaid International Education Travel Co., Ltd. was established in May 2012 with a registered capital of 5 million yuan.

Since its establishment, New Oriental Culture and Tourism has wholly owned shares of Beijing New Oriental Wokaide International Education Travel Co., Ltd. and New Oriental (Jiangsu) Cultural Tourism Investment Co., Ltd., and indirectly owns many companies through Beijing New Oriental Wokaide International Education Travel Co., Ltd.
