On September 1st, Beijing time, the Chinese mainland Olympic athletes delegation has arrived in Macau. At the farewell luncheon that left Hong Kong yesterday, 78-year-old Fok Zhenting took the initiative to take a photo with Quan Hongchan, even a little embarrassed.
Fok Zhenting is the eldest son of Mr. Fok Yingdong and is 78 years old. In 1974, China proposed to return to the International Olympic Committee and asked Fok Yingdong for help. Not only did Fok Yingdong come forward, but he also brought his eldest son Fok Zhenting, who was good at English, with him. Fok Chen-ting is also a member of the International Olympic Committee, President of the Hong Kong Sports Association and Olympic Committee, and Vice President of the Olympic Council of Asia (East Asia).
Huo Zhenting’s eldest son is Huo Qigang, who is married to the “Queen of Diving” Guo Jingjing. At the farewell luncheon for the Olympic athletes held at noon yesterday, the father-in-law and his daughter-in-law also attended.
One of the highlights of the luncheon was Olympic champion Quan Hong Chan. Many people wanted to take photos with the 17-year-old Chan Bao, as did Nicholas Fok, who is more than 60 years older than him.
But this old man who was accustomed to the world was a little embarrassed standing behind Quan Hongchan. Quan Hongchan did not notice Huo Zhenting. So, he could only ask Guo Jingjing for help.
Guo Jingjing understood the look from Huo Zhenting and immediately greeted Quan Hongchan. Huo Zhenting also shouted "Xiaoquan Xiaoquan", his eager look was very cute. Quan Hongchan also took a group photo with the two.
Huo Zhenting was very satisfied when he got what he wanted. Looking at Guo Jingjing, his eyes were full of affirmation and relief: My daughter-in-law is still amazing!
