The product is suspected of infringing our company's design patent rights.
In this regard, Tailing Group solemnly declares as follows:
1. No enterprise or individual may infringe the design patent rights enjoyed by our company in any form or engage in other related unfair competition behaviors. For any unauthorized production, sale, sale, use, or import, we will pursue legal liability in accordance with the law.
2. For some companies that have committed or are currently committing infringements, we have collected evidence on their infringements. The unauthorized use, counterfeiting or sale of products that infringe Tailing Group's intellectual property rights will result in the infringing party bearing corresponding civil liabilities, including but not limited to cessation of infringement, compensation for losses, and liability for litigation costs, etc. If the circumstances are serious, criminal liability will be pursued in accordance with the law.
3. We would like to remind consumers to increase their awareness of self-protection and choose regular channels to purchase Tailing products to avoid damage to their interests.
In order to avoid any unnecessary legal disputes, our company solemnly warns relevant companies or individuals to immediately stop the above suspected infringement activities, including but not limited to stopping the production and sale of products that have the same or similar appearance to our products. If the above behavior does not stop, we will take all legal means, including but not limited to legal proceedings, administrative complaints, etc., to resolutely safeguard our legitimate rights and interests. This statement is an infringement warning, and the relevant infringement will constitute intentional infringement.
