Fabio Bonizzoni, an expert on Handel and harpsichordist, believes that Handel's creations in Italy between 1706 and 1709 are among his best works. "I'm sure he thought so too. When he suddenly left Italy in 1709, he packed all the scores in boxes and took them to England, so these manuscripts are now in the British Library."
The concert also performed Handel Works such as the aria "Guardian Angel Watches Over Me" from the oratorio "The Triumph of Time and Truth" and the soprano cantata "So Cruel I Cry".
