After Lionsgate Pictures announced in April this year that it would start filming "Now You See Me 3", the film officially announced today that it will be released on November 14, 2025. This film is also the first new film to be released in nearly 10 years since 2016's "Now You See Me". The film will officially start filming later this year.
In terms of director, this new work will be directed by Ruben Fleischer, who has previously directed "Uncharted" and "Venom". In terms of actors, all members are also reviewed, including Morgan Freeman and "Four Horsemen" Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, and Dave Franco will all return. The only difference is that Eisenberg, a member of the "Four Horsemen" in the first "Now You See Me" , will return. La Fisher will replace Lizzy Caplan in the sequel and return to this new film series.
The plot has not yet been revealed, but according to earlier reports, this new work will introduce a new generation of magicians. The old and new magicians will work together to bring a gorgeous magic show to the fans. The first two films in the series have grossed a total of US$680 million in global box office revenue. I wonder if this series of films will be a big hit at the box office once again after nearly ten years.
