In terms of food, the expert team also provided "Fubao" with good living venues and high-quality food guarantees.
Previously, Xu Xiang, a breeder at Wolong Shenshuping Base, said that there are differences between Sichuan bamboo and Korean bamboo. According to experience, every time a new kind of bamboo is provided, the giant panda has a process from choosing to trying it to liking it. "Currently 'Fubao' has adapted to and accepted the bamboo species of the season. It likes to eat bitter bamboo poles, bitter bamboo leaves and white bamboo poles. We will feed 'Fubao' 2 to 3 different bamboos every day for it to choose from. , and will also feed bamboo shoots. In terms of supplementary food, 'Fubao' now prefers apples and steamed cornmeal. "
"Fubao's" new home is about 400 square meters, divided into an inner house and an outer house. The outer house not only has a wooden panda climbing frame for basking in the sun, a stone waterfall, but also artificial panda "huts" (shelters) and other devices, which skillfully "move" the natural ecological landscape of the wild into the outer house, allowing Fubao to Find a sense of security and relaxation while enjoying the outdoors. It is understood that the new home of "Fubao" was selected based on its adaptability and the flow of people during its subsequent exhibition.

"Fubao" was born on July 20, 2020. He is the first baby of Chinese giant pandas "Ai Bao" and "Le Bao" living in South Korea. It is also the first Chinese giant panda born in South Korea, and has received nicknames such as "Princess Fu". On April 3 this year, the giant panda "Fubao" ended his sojourn in Everland, South Korea, returned to China and moved into the Wolong Shenshuping Base of the Panda Center.
