The national short track speed skating training team has a heavy workload in the new season, and the team is currently preparing intensively. Lin Xiaojuan arrived in Nanning with the training team on May 19 and settled in the Santang Sports Training and Competition Base of the Guangxi Sports Bureau to start a 10-day summer training. The training content is mainly strength training and cycling training. Strength training is mostly conducted in the base, while cycling training is carried out outdoors. On the 28th, the team left Nanning and returned to Beijing.
A reporter from Beijing Youth Daily learned that in order to further improve the competitive level and strengthen the team's physical reserves, the national short track speed skating training team has gone to Italy for a 41-day training abroad. After a short rest, Lin Xiaoqun set off with the team on June 8.
