In addition, Liu Hanya and Zhou Junwei have not been in Taiwan for a long time, and Huang Zijiao testified that he had never seen the two people using drugs, so there is no way to identify the two people as criminal suspects of using ecstasy; Gu Junye and others forcibly fed Huang Zijiao ecstasy in a Korean hotel, because Huang Zijiao was not responsible for the crime. The time, location, and circumstances of the crime cannot be stated in detail, and the location of the crime is difficult to investigate. Huang Zijiao also stated that he has no intention of pursuing prosecution, and if it did occur in 2000, the 20-year statute of limitations for prosecution rights has expired.
