Violate organizational principles and fail to explain problems truthfully when organizing talks; engage in non-organizational activities such as canvassing and election support during cadre inspection and recommendation; use the convenience of position or the influence of authority to seek personnel benefits for others. The bottom line of integrity is compromised, condoning and acquiescing to specific related persons to use the influence of one's position for personal gain; borrowing other people's houses for free for a long time. The work style is overbearing and there are bureaucratic problems; it secretly retains information related to the selection and appointment of cadres by the party organization. Live a luxurious life and pursue pleasure. Engaged in power-for-money transactions, used the convenience of his position to seek benefits for others in terms of project contracting, event hosting, employee recruitment, etc., and illegally accepted huge amounts of property.
Ni Huizhong seriously violated the Party’s political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, work discipline and life discipline, which constituted a serious job violation and was suspected of bribery.
