On the morning of 15th, the school held an enlarged meeting of the Nanhai Conservatory of Music Council in the conference room of the administrative building. Public information shows that Hainan Junzhan Culture Media Co., Ltd. was established in 2022. Its registered address is the High-tech Industrial Demonstration Zone in Old Town, Chengmai County, Hainan Province. It is an enterprise mainly engaged in the culture and art industry, with a registered capital of 100 Ten thousand yuan, with a paid-in capital of 700,000 yuan. The controlling shareholder is Hainan Quanxin Quanyu Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), and the executive partner is Hu Haiquan.

Dean Hu Haiquan made a statement.
