It is understood that the project is located on the south side of the cross-river channel of Wenming East Road in Jiangdong New District. It is a multi-story building, including one underground floor and four floors above ground. The construction content includes an 1,800-seat opera hall, a 1,500-seat concert hall, a 500-seat small theater and supporting management buildings for creation, cultural exchange, public services, underground garages and civil air defense. After the completion of the project, it will not only be conducive to the development of public cultural undertakings in Haikou City and consolidate the foundation of the city's cultural industry, but also make up for the shortcomings of public cultural facilities, enhance the cultural connotation of the city, the supply of public culture in the provincial capital city, and the service efficiency of the theater in the provincial capital city, and help Promote the construction of professional theaters.
