How to calculate overtime pay during the May Day holiday?
May 1st (Labor Day) is a legal holiday . If the employer arranges for workers to work overtime, shall pay wages not less than 300% of their daily wages, and shall not be replaced by means such as time off.
May 2, May 3, May 4, and May 5 are rest days. If the employer arranges for the employee to work but cannot arrange compensatory time off, shall pay a salary of no less than 200% of the employee's daily salary. remuneration.
Overtime wage calculation method
Triple daily wage = monthly wage income ÷ monthly wage days × 300%
Double daily wage = monthly wage income ÷ monthly wage days x 200%
monthly wage days = (365 days - 104 days ) ÷ 12 months = 21.75 days
