On April 17, the press conference and launching ceremony of the Internet micro-short drama Yangjiang City (Yangdong District) shooting base was held in Yangdong. Relevant units and enterprises stated that they will invest more funds and performing arts resources to create more exciting Internet micro-short dramas with high click-through rates based on Yangjiang’s beautiful seaside scenery. The establishment of the base will further enhance the popularity of Yangdong and promote the development of the cultural tourism industry.
This conference was jointly sponsored by Yangjiang Aixun Culture Media Co., Ltd., Yangjiang Jiaotu Culture Media Co., Ltd., Knight Short Drama, Baichuan Short Drama, and Four Points by Sheraton Yangjiang Center. It is understood that in response to the requirements and arrangements of the "Travel with Micro-Shorts" creative plan organized and launched nationwide by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, Yangjiang Aixun Culture Media Co., Ltd., Yangjiang Jiaotu Culture Media Co., Ltd. and Knight Shorts The drama and Baichuan short drama plan to build an Internet micro-short drama shooting base in Yangjiang City (Yangdong District). After more than half a year of communication and preparation, the Hengdian film and television crew and related production companies have settled in Yangjiang, and relevant suitable venues and scenes have been secured. At the press conference, representatives of Knight Short Play and Baichuan Short Play signed a contract with representatives of Yangjiang Aixun Culture Media Co., Ltd. and launched the project on site. The micro-short dramas "He is in the Continent of the Galaxy" and "Foreshadowing to Meet You" have started filming.
It is reported that the micro-short drama "Flying Boy" jointly produced by the China Television Association Industry Television Committee, China Education Television, and Yangjiang Aixun Culture Media Co., Ltd. will also be launched in Yangjiang in August. At the same time, multiple movies , a TV series is also in preparation.
I believe that the establishment of this base will drive the Yangjiang film and television industry to a new level and open a new chapter.
