The statement stated that the WeChat user "Hua Tsai Sharing Group" and the associated video account "Hua Tsai Assembly Account" used technical means to forge Andy Lau's voice and continuously released edited and assembled videos of him on the WeChat platform without authorization. This leads to public misunderstanding, thereby achieving the purpose of using Andy Lau's popularity to attract traffic, sell goods, and make profits from it. The statement stated that this behavior has seriously infringed Andy Lau's portrait rights, name rights and voice rights, and is suspected of constituting fraud.
On the same day, Yingyi Entertainment also issued another statement, saying that someone used the name of Andy Lau fan club to open a Xiaohongshu account, set up group chats through social platforms, establish a pirated website "Hua Tsai Club" and release Andy Lau's 2024 concert The false news caused many fans to be deceived.
The statement stated that any information about the pre-sale or public sale of concert tickets that has not been officially announced is untrue, and consumers are reminded to conduct rational screening and protect their legitimate consumer rights.
