Since last year, courts in many places have enforced Mengjiangwei at the request of the applicant, but the company no longer has any employees, any physical assets or bank deposits, or any business operations.
Huali Culture has repeatedly won its lawsuits against Mengjiangwei and Fuji Culture. According to the court ruling, it will receive half of the income of "Grand Army Division". However, in the past two years, the film and television, real estate and other businesses engaged in by Huali Culture and its affiliated companies have been hit hard one after another. Currently, Huali Culture and its related parties are deeply involved in a debt crisis and have been involved in multiple enforcement cases.
In addition, two listed companies deeply involved in the dispute over the drama, Contemporary Oriental and Yinji Media, have both delisted. For more than 6 years, this film and television investment dispute caused by Luobo Zhang has been protracted, and many parties involved have different opinions.
