The concert was hosted by the Propaganda Department of the Nanning Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau. It was themed "Stars and Sea", with the China Symphony Orchestra as the main performance team, and was led by the famous conductor and the China Conservatory of Music. The songs "Sentimental Land", "Sea, Hometown" and "Ode to the Red Flag" express the deep love for the motherland. "Ballet of Spring" and "A Hundred Thousand Miles of Spring Breeze" continue classics and innovations, singing about the rapid changes in the rural landscape with new scenes of spring. "Happy Loulangluo" vividly depicts the happy life of national unity. The melodious song "True Love Flying Together" sang a new chapter in the friendship between China and Vietnam. The chorus "Youth Encounter" evokes the beautiful memories of youth and high spirits in the first National Student (Youth) Games. Classic pieces such as "Bat Overture" and "Porowitz Dance" allowed the audience to fully appreciate the infinite charm of music. The orchestral music "Stars and Sea" expresses the beautiful vision of adhering to people's supremacy, jointly forging ahead, and heading towards a happy life. The concert came to a successful conclusion with the chorus of "Singing the Motherland".
