Lin Zhaohua's Beijing-style comedy "Yinding Bridge" starring Ni Dahong, Shi Ke and Hao Yun will be screened at Dongguan Yulan Grand Theater from January 27th to 28th. The play was produced in 2015 and has toured nearly 200 shows across the country in eight years. This new version of "Silver Ingot Bridge" is still starring Ni Dahong and Shi Ke. It is worth mentioning that Dongguan Yulan Grand Theater was the first performance of "Silver Ingot Bridge" in 2015 and the 200th performance of this tour.
According to reports, "Yinding Bridge" tells the story of a small restaurant and also the story of Greater Beijing. Beside the Yinding Bridge in Beijing, the second meat shop owner Yu Wu, played by Ni Dahong and Shi Ke, the proprietress Wu Sao, the old neighbor's daughter Meng Tian played by Ma Zhuojun, Cui Yongping, Cai Yingnan, the agent Zhao Dawei, the antique dealer Mr. Qing and others appeared on stage. A human comedy about houses and bottles unfolds. Among them are the decisions of "keeping" and "not keeping", the struggle of "changing" and "unchanging", the choices of "cheating" and "not cheating", and the game between "people's hearts" and "desires". In this scam, everyone's humanity is also facing a test.
"Silver Ingot Bridge" has been completely upgraded this time, bringing many surprises to the audience. The first is the change in visual perception. The stage beauty of eight years ago is a replica of the scenery at that time, and even the pergola has been moved to the stage as it is. The stage design this time was redesigned by Wang Mao, adding "poetry" to a realistic story like "Silver Ingot Bridge" that is very realistic in terms of rehearsal methods and actors' performance methods.
In terms of performance, it is still the top cast and the most authentic "Yinding Bridge" team. Eight years have passed, and every actor has experienced real "growth". Ni Dahong has a new interpretation of Wu's "loneliness" and stubbornness in his performance; Shi Ke's Wu sister-in-law looks confused but actually understands best; Mr. Qing, played by Cai Yingnan, can make up, lie and escape, which is very different from Zhao Dawei, played by Cui Yongping. It's a "liar" who deceives a "liar"... The actors of "Silver Ingot Bridge" give each other a tacit understanding that has been accumulated over time.
