On February 17, it was learned from the Wuhan Public Resources Trading Platform that the Changjiang Music Culture Industrial Park, located east of Gonggongcun Road, south of Huanchang North Road, and west of Baohua Road, started bidding.
The project covers an area of 120 mu. In the first phase, Gaotian piano factory and supporting facilities, such as piano museum, etc. will be built; in the second phase, a comprehensive musical instrument exhibition and trade center (including musical instrument street), electric steel and other musical instrument research and development factories and other supporting facilities will be built. The total project is about 220,000 square meters, of which the total above-ground capacity area is about 170,000 square meters, and the underground construction area is about 50,000 square meters, with a total investment of about 1.25 billion yuan.
