On the morning of February 18th, we exchanged terminal disinfection with the disinfection personnel of Wuxue City Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and had a full exchange on disinfection difficulties and problems encountered in disinfection work. Affected by the epidemic, it is difficult to buy all kinds of disinfectants. There is only one type of chlorine disinfectant. The applicator has a soaking bucket, ultra-low capacity and constant spray. In order to complete the sampling task of the isolation point as soon as possible, I went to the isolation point to sample at noon and had a brief exchange with the isolation point staff. The people of Wuxue knew that the Shandong medical team was in Huanggang to support the prevention and control of the new crown. The staff at the quarantine point took the initiative to prepare lunch for us, and prepared double lunches for the two "Shandong Han" in our group. In the afternoon, we went to the Wuxue Municipal People's Government Building with Chief Zhou of the Wuxue Disease Control and Disinfection Department to guide the prevention and disinfection work. We put forward our views on the disinfection corridor at the door and suggested cancellation.
In the evening, we came to the Municipal Maternity and Child Health Hospital which was taken over by our Shandong Medical Team in Wuxue City, and exchanged views with colleagues from the Shandong Medical Team on the choice of protective clothing. Three people joined the virus nucleic acid detection work of Xishui County People’s Hospital. Today’s sample volume has reached 230. The sample source consists of close contacts, kidney dialysis patients, and fever clinic patients. In the next step, we will increase the number of samples.
