According to the investigation, the Chuan Y15268 car was purchased in July 2013, the number of passengers was approved to be 48, and the license plates and certificates were all valid. The car departed from Bazhong Jiangbei Passenger Transport Center Station to Panzhihua at 8:50 am on January 20, 2020.
