昨天看的电影，还看哭了好几次，我自己感觉是，比xx行动和xx湖让人感动。
真枪实弹所谓的大场面有时候看的我都困了，香港动作导演加主旋律等于千篇一律。
评论说，“完全当成主旋律未免太狭隘”。我确实是同意的，敬佩赤手空拳的英雄。
吐槽的话我就不说了，豆瓣热评第一就是我的嘴替。

China Box Office: National Day Earnings Plummet 67 Percent as Grinding Market Slowdown Continues
中国票房：电影市场持续低迷，国庆票房暴跌67%
暴跌的英语我们都知道了，plummet和plunge 一起记：
Share prices plummeted to an all-time low.
股票价格暴跌到历史最低点。
Stock markets plunged at the news of the coup.
政变的消息一传来，股票市场便暴跌。
✏️股价通常和价值密切相关，因此如果是“数量、价值或者价格的下降”就可以用 plummet和plunge。
不得不说，grinding总让我想到“磨人的小妖精”：
(of a difficult situation 困难的形势) that never ends or improves 没完没了的；无休止的；无改进的
grinding poverty
贫困不堪
和grind 搭配的这个表达可以记一下：grind sb. downto treat sb in a cruel unpleasant way over a long period of time, so that they become very unhappy （长时间）虐待，欺压，折磨（某人）
Don’t let them grind you down.
别让他们欺压你。
票房远低于正常水平
虽然远低于正常的往期水平，但大家应该high起来！今年终于没有我的我的xx系列了！我宁愿看十遍沈叔叔单独的电影，也不行看被裹挟而成的拼盘作品。

词根敲敲门：
fraction：frag, fract =to break破
在同根词 fragile，fragment，fraction 和 fracture 中，词根 frag 和fract 来自拉丁动词frangere，意思相当于英语的to break（破）。
fraction字面意思为“碎成很小部分”，引申为“分数”。
学一个表达，be not a patch on sb/sth 形容 “to be much less good, attractive, etc. than sb/sth else 远不如；远比…逊色”。
My new phone isn’t a patch on the old one.
我的新手机比旧的差太多了。
