7日中午，欧美乐坛小天王、加拿大歌手贾斯汀·比伯在他的新浪微博发文，除了向中国粉丝表达问候，他还解释了因当前疫情推迟新专辑《Changes》预售一事。比伯对中国的关切也赢得粉丝支持，大家纷纷表示感谢，耐心期待新专辑发售重启。
比伯在微博中写到，“Hello my friends in China. I want to let you know that you are not standing alone, and I believe we will conquer the virus together. Under this situation I decided to postpone the presale of my new album Changes. Thank you for your understanding. Be brave and strong. Wuhan Jiayou! ” （中国的朋友们大家好，我想让你们知道你们不是在孤军奋战，我也坚信我们能携手战胜病毒。鉴于当前情况，我决定推迟新专辑《Changes》预售。感谢大家理解。我们都要勇敢而坚强。武汉加油！“
