On November 28, the Office of the President of the Court of Final Appeal of the Macau Special Administrative Region issued the document "The Court of Final Appeal Issued a Final Ruling on the Appeal Case Involving the Criminal Crimes of Tak Chun Group". Documents show that the Intermediate Court of the Macau Special Administrative Region made a ruling on an appeal case involving the criminal offenses of the Dejin Group on January 11 this year, and Chen Ronglian was sentenced to 13 years in prison.
After reviewing the grounds of appeal submitted by all parties, the Court of Final Appeal ruled on November 28 that Chen Ronglian and other five people were jointly and severally sentenced to pay 1.62 billion Hong Kong dollars in illegal benefits to the Macao Special Administrative Region; Chen Ronglian and three others were sentenced to jointly and severally Payment of HK$200 million in illegal benefits to the Macau Special Administrative Region.
