According to Ma Wen, a second-level inspector of the Beijing Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau, since its launch in 2022, the New Era Capital Script Incubation Project has produced dialogue drama "Wang Xinghe", opera 24 key scripts including "Bao Zheng Returns Home", "Those Things in the Imperial Kitchen", children's dramas "Letter from the Deep Sea", "The Mysterious Journey of Maizi", dance drama "Past and Present Life - The Peony Pavilion" have been incubated and displayed in an all-round way. 14 works were signed with literary troupes and performing arts organizations. In the future, more training mechanisms that adapt to the needs of the times and are in line with the laws of art will be optimized and launched. It is reported that 300 authors from 81 cities in 26 provinces across the country participated in submissions this year, and 393 valid works were collected, including 101 script outlines and 292 complete scripts.
