Liu Jinhua, male, born in April 1981, a member of the Communist Party of China, served in Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province from December 2000 to December 2002. During his service, he won two awards, "Advanced Individual in Spiritual Civilization" and "Excellent" "Soldier" title, he worked in the Police Support Office of Shizhu County Public Security Bureau from March 2009 to September 2010. From September 2010 to present, he has served as a trainer in the Police Dog Squadron of the Criminal Investigation Brigade of Shizhu County Public Security Bureau.
During the 15 years he has been involved in public security work, he has received 25 awards and awards. In recent years, Liu Jinhua has used police dog technology to directly capture 3 criminal suspects, assisted in the capture of 12 criminal suspects, participated in more than 10 search missions in surrounding districts and counties with dogs, and attended various crime scenes with dogs more than 40 times, and collected physical evidence. 9 times, rescued more than 30 people, and participated in police dog patrols and guarding cards more than 500 times.
