Another witness, Ms. Wang, told reporters that the concert started at 19:45 that day. She was at the ticket gate No. 3 of the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center. Around 21:05, she suddenly heard There was a quarrel, and then a girl was heard telling the security guard that she took the 18:00 flight after work and was late because of the traffic control around the stadium. However, the security guard stopped the girl and said, "This is the rule. The ticket check-in channel is closed," and the ticket check machine was not in his possession.
