html On April 14th, the Mengniu 2024 Beijing International Long Distance Running Festival-Beijing Half Marathon will start with a gunshot at Tiananmen Square in Beijing. The event attracts 20,000 runners from all over the world. The famous Chinese runner Jiaorenga, who had previously qualified for the competition, was reportedly disqualified due to personal sponsor issues. The official response of the Beijing Half Marathon stated that without the consent of the event organizing committee, the rights and interests of the sponsor's quota must not be jointly developed, promoted, transferred, sold, sublicensed and other commercial activities with third-party brands. After the organizing committee explained the situation to the sponsor, on April 9, the sponsor communicated with Jiaorenga and informed the event organizing committee that his participation as a sponsor had been canceled with his consent.
