Lin Xinger’s master’s thesis published in Ming Chuan University was revealed that she plagiarized Lin Rixuan’s English paper published in the Asian Journal of Communication and the research of the National Science Council, even with typos and formatting mistakes. Lin Xinger explained that the abstract of the paper clearly stated that this research mainly cited the data released by Professor Lin Rixuan of National Chengchi University. Paragraph 22, where should it be pointed out that this is misleading voters who watch the news.
The media asked that some parts of the thesis were translated from English to Chinese. Regarding this, Lin Xinger said, did the paper refer to English? After the English was translated, she added her own thoughts, and the wording was different. As for the typo of "PPT", she said that it was just a typo. For the part of the poll figures, she referred to the same 2008 Taiwan leader election poll data, but Cognition is different.
Lin Xinger emphasized that she has worked hard at the local government for many years, and it is unfair for her to let her hard work go down the drain if an anonymous person breaks the news. She will resort to legal action to defend her innocence. The thesis review committee was held, "There is really plagiarism, I would rather not have this thesis", but the school has not responded yet, and is studying the time.
