After confirming the location, I learned that Room 401 is a unit and accommodation. The patient's family is out of town. The on-site staff contacted the patient's colleagues through the property. After getting the key and opening the door, they found that the patient had fainted on the ground. After physical examination, he was unconscious. Clear, snoring breathing, bilateral pupils constricted by about 1.5mm, highly suspected of cerebrovascular accident. Nurses immediately cleaned the airway during the day, ventilated the oropharyngeal tube, established intravenous access, inhaled oxygen, monitored and transferred to the ambulance. The driver Gao Hong quickly and smoothly took the patient to the emergency room of the emergency department of Xi'an Third Hospital for further treatment.
