Since August 12, a total of 1,332 local cases have been reported in the city, including 952 confirmed cases and 380 asymptomatic infections. The number of newly infected people in our city has shown an upward trend since August 26. The number of new cases in the past three days has remained between 120 and 160, a decrease from the previous period. The epidemic is now entering a flat period.
Since 18:00 on September 1, with the strong support and active cooperation of the general public, all residents have been staying at home in principle, and 3 rounds of nucleic acid testing have been successfully completed. The 3 rounds of sampling reached 19.31 million, 20 million and 2012 respectively. In the past 3 days, the number of new positive cases in the city in a single day has decreased, and the number of positive cases detected by nucleic acid testing has decreased, which has won precious time for outperforming the virus and breaking the chain of transmission of the epidemic.
