In the early morning of the 25th, relatives held a simple funeral and farewell ceremony at the Longyan Hall, and soon the hearse carrying Huang Hongsheng's body slowly drove out of the funeral home.

As previously speculated by the media, Huang Hongsheng’s ashes were buried in the Zhenshan Garden in Yangmingshan, Taiwan. The method of burial was "flower burial."
Huang Hongsheng’s father and sister, as well as Xu Ting, Rainie Yang and other friends arrived in Yangmingshan successively, and then walked to the previously chosen flower burial location.
Only Huang Hongsheng’s relatives and friends participated in the whole process. Media follow-up and interviews are declined.
According to reports from Taiwanese media, "flower burial" and "tree burial" are similar to each other, and the ashes are scattered to the pre-designated burial area.
The entire flower burial area does not have tombstones or register the names of the deceased, allowing the ashes of the deceased to blend into nature. In this way, Huang Hongsheng’s life can be continued in another sense.
