Every day, she counts the number of children going to Beijing in kindergartens, the number of faculty and staff who go to Beijing, the number of people in isolation, the number of people in contact with Wuhan, Hubei, etc. Each set of table data must not only be detailed and clear, but also accurate. She wakes up early every morning, checks yesterday's data, gives feedback to the supervisor in time, waits for the new data to be reported, and uploads it to the Beijing Anti-epidemic Network after verification and filing.
Sometimes, the statistical work of verifying the information will be carried out at 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening, and Yuhui is always responsible for feedback. Whenever the form is changed in the middle, she re-enter it after the backup, and takes the trouble. She pays attention to the daily ventilation of the security personnel and the operation status of equipment and facilities. When she encountered a problem that needed to be solved urgently, she made preparations at home, and then drove from Yungang to the China Resources City branch to solve the problem as soon as possible. She reminds and instructs security personnel in the morning and evening not to go out at will, reduce contact with the outside world, take personal protection, pay attention to weather changes, clean up snow and garbage in time, and do a good jobMade. She carefully posted the admission notice, instructed the security personnel to implement the regulations prohibiting outsiders from entering the park, and required the staff on duty to take body temperature, disinfect their hands, wear masks, etc., without missing any details. During the enrollment period of the China Resources Park branch, she answered more than 100 phone calls and patiently did a good job of publicity, explanation and enrollment guidelines to parents of young children. During the
seminar and active preparations for the prevention and control of the
epidemic, the superiors issued the relevant documents of "Suspension of Classes without Suspension of Schools", Yuhui studied seriously and implemented relevant work immediately. She divided the task goals into three age classes, formulated game content according to the characteristics of different age classes, and instructed teachers to prepare material resource packages based on the content and prepare for lessons.
Yuhui communicated with the grade leader to discuss what kind of video can be made by parents and children at home. She believes that the video content must be lively and interesting, and must strictly follow the activity principle of "using the family as a classroom for games and the living room as a playground for games". In the end, Yuhui organized more than 60 teaching and research sessions during this period, pushed more than 200 game videos for small, middle, and large classes, wrote 5 WeChat public account articles, and used his own practical actions to implement "stopping classes and not stopping school".
