This Haidilao has three entrances, of which there is a straight ladder for wheelchair users to enter. Needless to say after entering, Haidilao’s dining area has no steps. All entrances are basically ramps, and they are also non-slip ramps, and there is also a toilet without steps.
New World Department Store is a veteran mall, but this veteran mall is still slightly handicapped. There is a ramp at the entrance side of the main entrance and there are handrails in the elevator. This Haidilao toilet is shared with other restaurants in the mall, but you can rest assured that Haidilao’s toilets, whether self-built or rented in the mall, will be equipped with a service staff, and some will also put paper.

Haidilao’s Jiangning store and Changle Road store are good brothers. There are barrier-free ramps on the side of the entrance of their mall. After this investigation, I found that the barrier-free in Nanjing urban construction, especially the barrier-free in public consumption places, is gradually improving. As a leading enterprise in the consumer industry, Haidilao has made initial developments in the construction of barrier-free facilities and training of service personnel's disability awareness, but it still needs to be improved, especially the handling of many details is not in place.
The barrier-freeness of a consumer place requires multi-party participation and coordination. Take Haidilao as an example.
