Article 2 Drawing planning and design

3.1 Site visit:
The chief designer of Party B shall provide more than 2 times during the construction period or the construction area deemed suitable by Party A shall be completed and before acceptance as a routine practice Visit to the construction site. Article 4 Items not included in Party B’s scope of work
Party B’s design scope does not include the following detailed designs. Party B shall assist Party A’s engineers and the design unit hired by Party A to complete the detailed design:

4. Time for payment of fees

5. Project-related reimbursement expenses
5.1 Party B’s designer’s travel expenses to the project area, such as the designer’s transportation, board and lodging expenses, shall be borne by Party A.
5.2 Party B’s designer shall participate in various related meetings at the request of Party A each time, and Party A shall bear the incurred transportation, board and lodging expenses.
Article 6 Liability for breach of contract, changes in circumstances and contract disputes
1, liability for breach of contract
Any design and construction problems arising from the negligence, design errors or omissions of the designers of Party B shall be borne by Party B, and Party B shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation. The total related compensation costs should not exceed tens of thousands of yuan.
2, changes in circumstances
The charges in this contract are limited to the scope and content of the work stipulated in this contract. If the scope and content of the relevant work are revised or any other circumstances beyond the contract stipulations that were not previously predicted, the contract must be re-negotiated and the two parties sign a supplementary agreement; such as changes due to Party B’s design reasons and site adjustments , Party B shall not add any additional charges.
3. Contract disputes
If disputes arise due to the provision of various services, the two parties shall first negotiate and resolve them amicably; if the negotiation fails, a lawsuit shall be filed in the court where the contract was signed in accordance with the law. For attorney fees and other related expenses incurred, both parties agree that the winning party has the right to require the losing party to pay all reasonable expenses incurred in the litigation, including labor fees, court fees, attorney fees, transportation fees and other related expenses calculated at the current rate.
Article 7 Use of Party B’s trademark description
1. All drawings and designs copyright belong to Party A.
2. Party A must guarantee that Party B’s company will always provide services to this project, and try to avoid making design changes to this project in the name of Party B’s company without Party B’s knowledge or performing construction that does not follow the construction process and specifications.
3. For design changes during the construction process, Party B must obtain prior written consent from Party A; at the same time, Party A has the right to request Party B to make more reasonable and complete design changes and modifications based on the actual situation on the site. , Party B shall not add additional design costs.
Article 8 Others
1. The place where the contract is signed is in quadruplicate, and each party holds two copies.
2, Party B must start the design immediately after this contract is officially signed. From the date of signing, the design work is completed within 10 calendar days.
3, design changes, amendments and other contract content negotiation notices, related opinions, etc., both parties shall confirm in writing.
For matters not covered in this contract, the two parties negotiated and signed a supplementary agreement as a valid part of the contract document, with the same legal effect.
