On September 29, the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee launched a party day event with the theme of "Don’t forget the original heart and remember the mission." All incumbents of party organizations and retired party members and cadres totaled about 70 people to conduct on-site investigations into the upgrading and expansion projects of the Fourth Sewage Treatment Plant.
Deputy Secretary of the Party Group Li Zunjian and Director of the Urban Drainage Management Office Wang Yuping led the relevant staff to accompany the staff on site, and gave a detailed introduction to the four-pollutant upgrading and expansion project introduction and development.
Tai'an Fourth Sewage Treatment Plant's upgrading and expansion project has been included in the Taicheng Water Ecological Environment Treatment Project, and it is planned to complete the tasks before the end of June 2020. After the project is completed, it can meet the increasing demand for sewage treatment in the main urban area and high-tech zone, and at the same time further improve the water quality of the Dawen River Basin and Dongping Lake. The construction period is tight and the task is heavy. The Drainage Management Office of Tai'an City Administration Bureau is actively organizing relevant units to accelerate the construction of the project, continue to promote the spirit of Mount Tai's "mountain engineering", overcome difficulties, pay close attention to implementation, and ensure that the project is completed on schedule.
